About Grand Beach Resort
Grand Beach Resort Orlando, overlooking Lake Bryan, offers classic 3-bedroom fully furnished apartments with full kitchens. All these spacious home-like apartments offer whirlpool tubs and private balconies or patios. Amenities include a spa, an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. There are also picnic/BBQ areas, a mini-golf course and volleyball and basketball courts, plus a kids' pool and play area. Lake activities include fishing and canoeing, and jet skis are available to rent. This central location is just minutes from area attractions and a short drive from the top Orlando golf courses.

Grand Beach Resort Restrictions & Fees

Please note, these units are self catering. For your convenience, you will be provided with a starter kit upon your arrival containing basic supplies including a limited amount of paper supplies, soap, laundry detergent etc. You may wish to bring or shop for additional items to make your stay more comfortable. — 1/1/2017 - 12/31/2029
The resort requires a refundable security deposit of $300 per unit at check-in. This fee must be paid with a major credit card. Cash and pre-paid debit card deposits are not accepted. Guests may be required to present a valid form of identification. Please note, the resort requires a valid government-issued photo ID at time of check-in. The ID must match the guest name under which the reservation was made.
